By purchasing from Matbed Inc, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

While we strive to display products, colours, fabrics, and finishes as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, and supplier updates.

SALES POLICY:

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and pricing structure:

* No refunds

* No exchanges

* No returns

* No cancellations after order confirmation

This includes:

* Change of mind

* Colour preference changes after delivery

* Size selection mistakes made by the customer

* Personal comfort preferences

* Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, dimensions, colours, and specifications before placing an order.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

All products sold by MatBed Inc. are imported products and are sold without manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

MatBed Inc. does not provide:

* Product warranty

* Extended warranty

* Guarantees against wear and tear

* Guarantees against misuse, improper assembly, or accidental damage

SHIPPING|DELIVERY

Please check with us for specific details on availability of shipping. All orders are based on a first come first serve basis. Pick up is always available and no minimum is required. Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts, rescheduling, stairs, or difficult access situations.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery for any damage or Incorrect Items

Any major damage or incorrect item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order information.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Please contact us for Missing or Defective Parts within 24 hours after delivery. No-Charge Replacement parts will be sent to resolve all service issues. In case of Minor Problem – Scratch, Dent, Finish Flaw etc. we ask to be informed within 24 hours. A discount maybe provided on the product on “As-Is basis”. No Charge-back, return or deduction claim will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

MatBed Inc. is not responsible for manufacturer’s changes to fabric, colour, construction or pricing. Minor cosmetic variations or imperfections consistent with imported furniture standards may not qualify as damage claims.

All efforts have been made to present correct images, descriptions, sizing and pricing for the items enclosed. In the event of an error in pricing, or a pricing change, customers will be notified of the new price at the time of invoicing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

MatBed Inc. shall not be held responsible for:

* Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference

* Colour perception differences

* Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use
